DeVry University Microsite
The DeVry University microsite is only one element of a larger enrollment effort developed for DeVry. It begins in the high school classrooms of juniors and seniors, where DeVry representatives introduce “CareerShop.” Each student receives a PDA to use during the presentation to create personalized avatars that appear in the main presentation. They interact with entertaining scenarios and answer questions that generate individual personality profiles, which are custom matched with potential career choices that would be a good, natural fit.

On the web, students who have been through an in-class presentation can reunite with their avatars, learn more about their personality types, and delve deeper into potential careers. Students new to the experience can visit CareerShop to create avatars, take personality tests, and learn about the careers that suit their personalities.

All visitors to the microsite can learn more about DeVry’s advantages and financial aid, take a campus tour, download music from the in-class experience and even apply online.
